Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process quickly and hassle-free.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Pet food, treats, and supplements (opened)
  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Items returned after 30 days

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — fast.
