Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email within minutes. When your package ships, we'll send a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier volume, or weather conditions. In the rare event of a delay, you will be notified by email promptly with a revised delivery window.

Shipping is free on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are subject to standard carrier rates calculated at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, please reach out to us at manager@osherpets.com and we will make it right.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please email us at manager@osherpets.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships. Once shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel orders.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us at manager@osherpets.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund โ€” whichever you prefer.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Email us at manager@osherpets.com with your order number to get started. Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship to all 50 US states. We are working on international shipping and hope to expand soon. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know.
